TGIF!

I know, you guys have been waiting for an update, sorry I've been so slow. First and foremost, Josh doesn't have cancer, he's going to be okay with meds and drinking boost, or we hope so anyway. He's still feeling like he's dead because he's so anemic and he has a kidney infection plus an infection around his C-tube. So he's not feeling too great but I hope by next week he'll be feeling much better. More good news for our family, yea I know, twice in one week! Michelle's baby boy is going to be just fine, he doesn't have Downs, just a mistake in the blood work. Michelle can now feel much better as she finishes out this year of school and then is off for a year.

I've been to 15 tanning sessions and don't break out at all anymore, but do still itch at times, I love going though and will hate when my sessions are over, it gives me time to forget about the world and just enjoy the quiet. All I can hear are the fans, the bed and the radio, it's so nice. No big plans for the weekend. Teagan is coming to play nurse for Josh. I'm trying to get some work done before she comes but going tanning, then a hair cut and then I put a color on, doesn't leave me much time to do much else tonight. Doug is at a union meeting and Josh is at the LRHS Scholarship Auction so it's just Brea and I here and she's soon off to bed. I'm going to start the laundry and plan to hit the bed early myself.

Fat Burners

Yes, I'm still going on about getting rid of the extra wight, it seems to be a never ending battle with me and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Working at a Pharmacy I can get pretty much any of the fat burners ordered in but I need to know which one is the best for me, before I get them to bring it in. Why go through the bother of having something new brought in, if it's not the best choice for me. Long weekend!

And someone forgot to tell the weather man that it's supposed to be spring, it's been cloudy and rainy all weekend, it's kinda warm/muggy that just gives ya a headache if you get migraines.

We went to the city on Friday and got Teagan, she's staying till tomorrow. They have been either here or across the road for most of the weekend. Tonight Breanna is going to a cheer movie party for a couple of hours and then we wait for Survivor to come on. Tomorrow will be a day of cleaning up, getting the kids back in their right beds, getting read for back to school and I have to take Teagan to Bridgewater in the afternoon to meet up with her Grandmother who is going to come pick her up.

No news yet on Josh's test but the Dr. did say it would be a week and yes, he is going on vacation but I guess he's in the office tomorrow so I'll be calling to find out if he can have the results sent to another Dr. so we don't have to wait for him to come back. I'm sure the results of my CAT scan will be back this week too but with him going away it will be about a month I'm sure before I get a call about that. Anyway, time to go see what else is for supper, then tanning at 5, which would be a whole lot more enjoyable if I didn't have a rash all over my chest. LOL

A super Saturday

It's a gorgeous day out there. Josh's girlfriend is here from Dartmouth for the weekend so we went out for a drive to see some sites and meet some of the more important people in our lives. We went up to see Nanny and Papa, then took a drive out to Summerville beach where we tried to go for a walk but it was too darn cold, we had to turn back and head to the truck before we froze, maybe next time she's here it will be warmer. We then went to Hunt's Point where I stopped at the cemetery and found out that Mom's marker was there, I was a little shocked since nobody had told me it was there. Then we went to the Dairy Treat for an ice cream, yummy, when we got back to town we stopped to see DL and the girls, then went up to show Teagan where Josh goes to school. Now we're back home and soon going to have some supper.
