We made it!

Another one over with! We got home on Wed. afternoon, only one night in the hospital. He's doing well, has had a little swelling that had us worried but we are keeping an eye on it. It's hard to keep him down with his leg up. They ended up having to put in 2 staples instead of one and he's in a cast for 5 weeks instead of 3. I think he'll be home till the middle of next week, I don't want to send him back too soon and run into problems. Isn't she a sweetie? Oh and I didn't change the text on the picture, she's not a "maybe" anymore, she's moving in on Sunday at 10am. LOL

And we're off

Just getting the packing finished with the last minute stuff and we'll be on our way to the city. With the heavy rain last night there's probably a lot of water on the road so we don't want to have to rush. I'll let ya's know when we are home, until then, Donna-Leigh will have any news from Halifax so if you check with her, she'll know what's going on.
