I guess it's better than snow

We have had the wettest November that I can ever remember. Last week we had like 6 full days of rain, which lead to may floods all over Nova Scotia. By the end of the week, even people saying that it was better than snow didn't help. LOL So we had a few days of sunny, warm weather and now we are back to the rain again and after the couple days of rain, the temps are supposed to drop way down. You know if we would just have steady temps, everyone would have a chance to get used to them and ready for winter, but we've been going from +15 to +1, it's crazy.

So I have a busy weekend coming up I think. Friday night is Harry Potter, yay! I bought our tickets last week, knowing that by the time we get down there that night, tickets will probably be sold out. Saturday I hope to go to the city, not Christmas shopping, no thanks, I have to go get Breanna's cheer shoes, which I can't get anywhere around here, not that I haven't tried. We went to Athlete's World in the mall the other night and I have never had such sucky customer service in my life. So I might have been able to get them there, if the clerk had actually wanted to make a sale instead of standing around talking to her co-worker. I finally said quit loudly that I'd go somewhere else and that didn't even get her to turn around. I probably could have walked out with my arms full of boxes and she wouldn't have noticed. One thing about working in customer service for all these years, I know how customers are supposed to be treated and can't stand any less from an associate. So yea, to the city to get shoes and I hope to go to Dartmouth and see Tammi and the boys, since I haven't yet seen baby Kyle. I can't wait to see him and my favorite red head, Luke.

Finding an appetite suppressant is not as easy as you think it would be. I need help with my battle with my weight, I seem to be fighting a losing battle, which isn't helped by the fact that I'm home every day and seldom leave the house. And of course with staying in the house, comes boredom eating. You know, you're not hungry but you're bored so you grab a bag of chips and head to the TV.
