Life Insurance

You might wonder why you need life insurance, the big answer is that you don't want to leave your family with the burden of paying your final costs. A funeral, even a short and sweet one, is not cheap, this I know for sure because I've had to deal with this a few times. So I want to get a better life insurance policy. I'm not saying you should make yourself insurance poor but you need to have enough to cover all of your final costs and also pay off any bills that you have outstanding.

A sunny day after a snowy day

Yesterday the kids got an unscheduled day off because we had some snow, they were hoping to have today off to but it's nice and sunny and I even have a couple of windows open.

I went to my Dr. yesterday to see what the letter from the surgeon said, it was what we expected and now surgery will be scheduled. Not something I'm looking forward to at all but ya gotta do what you gotta do. Hopefully it will be done right before summer so at least I'll have Brea home with me to give me a hand. She told me she's going to get a pool lounger so I can just lay in the pool all day, not sure how she thinks that I'll get in or get out of the pool, that might be interesting. LOL

I've been sick since Tuesday with the cold that Breanna decided to share with me, today I'm just feeling miserable, runny nose, coughing, upset tummy, I think it will be a nice quiet weekend.
