Wow, over 2 years since I was here. LOL I forgot all about it till I DL changed hers. So what has changed and what has stayed the same.

On the same front, my mother is still alive and is still a Troll, some things never change.

On the changed front, I've worked at the Call Center, did home care, worked at Saan and now work at the Movie Gallery. Love the job I have now and hope to stay there. The boss is great, the hours are great, just about everything is great, with one minor problem, but there's always one thing right?

Josh started Jr High this year and Breanna started at the Dr John C Wickwire. They are growing up! Josh is keeping busy on the year book staff, he seems to love it. He's also getting ready for operation #12 on Oct. 11th. He's going to have staples put in his ankle to try and make it more straight and we hope to make the pain go away or at least lessesn.

Doug was away last week for some training in Nfld. He had a great trip but I think he's glad to be back with the kids and I. It was strange having him gone away, in almost 12 years we've only ever been apart for a night or 2. We missed him big time! So much for all the people in Liverpool who took bets on how long we would last eh? We've been together for 11.5 years and plan to stay that way for the rest of our lives.

We've got 2 weddings coming up on New Years Eve, my sister is getting married to her old boyfriend that I told you about in the other post and my brother is getting married to a lady he met when he moved to Bridgewater. I won't be going to either, Linda's because it's too far and too much $ and I won't go by myself and leave my family at home, Ricky's because the Troll will probably be there and I don't need that crap in my life. So we'll send along a gift and our love to each.

I just realized something, 17 years ago today was a terrible day. Linda and I went to Yarmouth for her to have her mamogram and came back to find our Grandfather had a stroke and wasn't doing too well, later that night he left us. My Grandparents were the most special people in the world, without them, Linda, Rick and I would never have had as good a life as we had. Many times they had to step in and take over being our parents, times when my mother decided life was too much and she'd just go in her shell, forgetting that she had 3 children she brought into the world. I miss my Grandparents every day and wish they were still here with us.

Anyway, time to go crawl back in bed, will try to remember that this is here and try and keep up my blog now. Maybe I should let someone know it's here eh? LOL Otherwise I'm the only one that reads it.
