Good Tuesday Morning

Tuesday means it's night shif day, which isn't so bad, I get to laze around in the morning, get my housework done, have some dinner and then head to work. Today I didn't do much besides my laundry and some banking, other than that I'm still in my jammies for another hour.

It's so darn miserable looking outside I don't even want to go out, we woke up to snow and now it's plus 2 and the rain is pouring down. Good day to stay home with a good book.

If you read my other blog you know we've been having some health issues with Joshie, the past 2 days he's feeling better and I hope it stays that way. As much as I'd love a vacation, the IWK isn't my ideal vacation spot, the meals aren't that great and the beds are worn out. LOL But on the other hand, the Drs and nurses are the best there is, in our opinion anyway.

Water bottle filter

I'm always looking for good water bottles. Breanna has to take one with her every time she skates, plus I like to have an extra that she can take to school. I have found a very neat water bottle filter. The prices are very reasonable and the filter is an added bonus, so if you use water bottles and would like one with a filter, this is the place to go.

To snow or not to snow

I think that is the question of the night, the weather still says we're going to get hit with a nor'easter, which we don't want, but it's not snowing as of yet. Of course I really don't want a storm, I'm supposed to be going out with the girls tonight, maybe. Still waiting to hear the plans, if there are any.

The kids are so sick of each other, it's a good thing today was the last day of March break. Their friends were all away today so they were stuck with each other, not a good thing, add in the cold weather which keeps them in the house, I'm shocked nobody got hurt. LOL

COOL VIDEO CLIPS

I love watching video clips on the computer, there are some out there that literally have you rolling on the floor laughing. If you try and search through them you'll find the funny and the not so funny, sometimes so not funny that they are just stupid. At cool videos they search through all the videos and only put the great ones up for us to watch, so it saves you a lot of searching. I've watched some and yes, they are great, I've also shared some of them, which I'm sure you will do too!

A dreary Saturday

Another weekend that doesn't have the greatest of weather, why couldn't we have another one like last week? LOL I guess that was just a tease. Oh well, it's above 0, I guess that's the main thing, and the time changes tonight, yay! It will be so nice when it doesn't get dark at supper time. This afternoon Breanna and I went to a tea that was being put on in support of one of our local skaters who is going to Calgary to a competition, it's wonderful to live in a small community and see the support that is shown when you hold something like this.
