Josh's New Love

Josh has found a new love, paint ball, mind you it's an expensive hobby but he's having a great time with it. It looks fun and if I didn't think I'd kill myself running through the woods, I'd probably give it a try. Mind you, tonight it's all he can do to walk, he has to hold on to the wall to get around, but them's the breaks when it comes to his legs, you play, you pay, he's quite used to it.

Supper tonight didn't agree with me too much, I'm got terrible cramps tonight, I just hope that they go away before bed time and I don't have to put in a night like I did last Sunday night. Now that it's been narrowed down to 2 things, I don't want to Google either of them till we know which one I'm dealing with and how bad it is. I'll make an appointment with my Dr tomorrow after finding out how long it will take for the biopsy's to come back. I don't want to take any more time off work, I've had more than my share in the past few weeks, all because of being sick.

Anyway, I think I'll sit back with a book and watch some TV to see if things settle down. Have a great week everyone, it's the last week of Oct. Happy Halloween!

Rock Tumblers

I've got a daughter who is obsessed with rocks, she has been since she was able to start picking them up off the ground and bringing them home with her. So something I've thought about getting her is one of the cool rock tumblers they sell at Hobby Warehouse. I think she'd have a great time polishing up all the rocks she has stored in her bedroom and then she'd be off to find even more to add to her collection.

It's almost Friday

And all I can say is bring it on! I'm beat, mentally and physically, for sure. I got off work tonight and went right to the hospital to spend time with Mom, I'm not sure she even wanted me there, which makes it harder, tonight it was like, I was bothering her, I just felt like I should take her dirty clothes and run. In my eyes she's not only not getting better, she's getting worse, and I can see it every day. Sucks...

Home theater carpet

Do you have a room set up for a home theater? I'd love to re-do my basement and turn it into a home theater, the kids would love it, too much at times, I'm sure. One of the things that I'd have to have when I did my room would be home theater carpet, just to top off that "movie theater" feel. Of course, I'd also have to have the posters, chairs to hold your drinks and popcorn, the whole setup, cool eh?
